A Pavilion is a great way to enjoy Mother Nature whilst still controlling her just a bit. In architecture, a pavilion has several meanings and is often associated with pleasure. It may be a subsidiary building that is either positioned separately or as an attachment to a main building.
This Client wanted a covered area that would allow his family to enjoy Outdoor living year round. Clover Construction milled 80% of the Douglas Fir lumber on their Portable Sawmill & constructed the building. A Stamped & Stained concrete patio has also been installed.
DECKS
Wood decking has long been the traditional choice for deck surfaces – specifically Redwood and Cedar. However, today there are more decking material choices than ever such as exotic hardwoods and composite decking materials like Trex, Fibron & others.
Composites now hold a significant portion of the market due to their durability, low maintenance requirements, and pleasing looks. Clover Construction is the only Certified Trex decking installer in Cle Elum, Roslyn, Ronald and Easton.

This project shows a small outdoor living structure built from Douglas Fir framing & siding materials in Ronald, WA.
Clover Construction milled the lumber using their Portable Sawmill. The siding has been treated with Lifetime Wood Treatment which protects the wood from the elements, while creating an appearance of aged barn wood. Several Live Edge slab shelves were included, one of which can be folded up to create additional space. The enclosed area is the perfect size to accept a patio dining table & set of chairs.
A Client requested that Clover Construction design them an outdoor space that would accommodate the entertainment of large groups. The design centered on two large IPE hardwood deck areas, and included large Granite outcropping boulders, Tiki torches (plumbed into their existing Natural Gas supply), a dry creek, and stairs leading to a large concrete Paver Patio. IPE is strikingly beautiful and naturally resistant to insects, mold, rot, fire and decay. This allows IPE to last up to 50 years, easily surpassing the life span of other wood decking products. These qualities make IPE decking a popular natural alternative to composite deck products.
