TURNING CONCEPT INTO REALITY
This featured project shows the first luxury custom home that Clover Construction built in Kittitas County. This 3,022 square-foot home was a beautiful four-bedroom, 2 ½ bath, craftsman style home. This home included American Cherry hardwood floors, custom cabinets built by Epoch West Furniture, slab granite countertops and Travertine stone tiles. Above the three-car garage there was room to create a “bonus” room. A beautiful covered IPE hardwood deck was added outside. There was also a concrete paver patio perfect for entertaining!

REMODELING THE MASTER SUITE. It featured a large master bedroom with an inviting sitting room and large heated-floor walk-in closets. The bathroom also has heated floors and fun, saloon-style doors to the closet. The walk-in shower features new beautiful tile and bench seating.
REBUILDING A GETAWAY
This project was located a few miles West of Ellensburg. These folks turned to Clover Construction after the 2012 Taylor Bridge fire destroyed their original Cabin. Their situation was tragic. They had completed construction of their original Cabin only months before the Taylor Bridge fire came through & destroyed it.
The cabin was co-owned by two families from Seattle that enjoyed coming to the Kittitas Valley to recreate and play.
Once the rebuilt cabin was completed all the client had to do was to sit back and enjoy the view!
