Located in Cle Elum, WA., Clover Construction is a residential general contractor business that performs new construction projects throughout Kittitas County. Clover Construction specializes in custom home builds and garages or shops that contain living quarters. They also have extensive experience in creating outdoor living spaces and offer the unique service of on-site log milling using a portable sawmill.

The owners of Clover Construction are Jason and Greta Ireland. Jason is a Third-Generation Craftsman and Greta keeps everything running smoothly as Office Manager.

Clover Construction understands that you are looking for a professional who will build what is promised in the agreed-upon time frame and at the contracted amount. Every project is different. They listen closely to identify and evaluate your specific construction needs, and provide you with a fully customized plan that will meet those needs. The owner of Clover Construction, Jason is a principled third-generation craftsman.

Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, he has worked in the construction industry his entire life.

Jason went through the Carpenter’s Union Apprenticeship Training Program in King County before starting his own business in 2001. He moved East to Cle Elum in 2006 to begin construction on his first custom home build. He was happy to leave the city behind for life in the country!

His broad based expertise, consistent expectation for quality construction, refined craftsmanship, artistic flair, and attention to detail has proven to be a valuable resource for his Clients. Their end result has been projects that are aesthetically pleasing, well built, and specifically tailored just for them.

Jason finds his profession gratifying because the results of his labor are long lasting and tangible.

Jason and his wife Greta have been married since 2001 and have two grown children, Taylor and Jacob. He enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people and the many challenges that his trade brings.

As co-owner of Clover Construction, Greta spends her work time as the Office Manager running the day-to-day operations.

Greta grew up in Seattle, Washington where she and Jason met. They have been married since 2001 and have two grown boys.

With her many years of experience in business administration, she ensures that Clover Construction will be available to serve the Upper Kittitas County for years to come.

Greta enjoys spending time with her family, wild crafting, kayaking, rock hounding, and hiking.

Gracie takes her role as mascot very seriously. Keeping watch over the job site and creating smiles is her full time job!
